• Started new business focussing on feasibility analysis, business plan preparation and project management of golf and resort facilities
• Created Penguin Golf Associates GPS surveys, providing GPS layout and design surveys for the golf industry
• Lead Black Horse Golf & Country Resort through planning approval process.

• Increased business revenues from $100,000/yr to $1,200,000/yr., responsible for eight staff, undertaking 65 golf / resort projects per year
• Positioned company to be industry leaders in engineering, environmental and developement issues in the golf industry.

Project Manager

• Manager of land development projects in Southern Ontario.
• Provided client liaison, with technical staff and government approval agencies.

Branch Manager

• Began as assistant to Branch Manager for opening of new office in Newmarket.
• Assumed role as Branch Manager, responsible for staff of 12.

Design Engineer

• Project engineer for 800 unit retirement community, 60 unit non-profit housing development.
• Construction supervisor for Northern remote servicing of aboriginal community including package water and sewage treatment plants.
• Construction supervision of 25MGD sewage pumping station, precast concrete bridges, road reconstruction, numerous subdivisions.
